I am a paramedic who works 24 hour shifts. Many of these are non-stop and varying. Could be long transports or getting someone off the longtrail. They worked well and comfortable during all the different calls I went on.

I bought this for long runs. I hate cotton underwear.... however the legs on this pair did not stay in place and "rode up" right away. I may need a smaller size but for the price not taking a chance. Still is a well made product; wish it worked better for me.
