I wear these whenever I run for a variety of reasons:
- to avoid the VPL effect through my tights
- gone are the embarrassing days of tugging and pulling other panties that ride up in the crotch
- stays dry even after long (10 mile) runs. I don't often get the luxury of changing out of my running clothes immediately after a run, so this is important to me. Other panties are sodden through, but these stay dry from superior wicking capability.

I was looking for underwear good for high aerobic activities, namely Zumba. I am having a hard time finding underwear that stay in place. I thought these might be the ones, but they do ride up. Zumba is high intensity and a lot of movement in every direction and they just don't stay put. They are good for moisture wicking and might be good for running or any activity with limited side to side movement, but I'm still looking for something good for Zumba.
