I've been looking for running shorts that were a bit more modest for my 40-year old body. Was really hopeful about these but unfortunately they just did not look good on my body type. The material and fit were very comfortable. I'm 5'4" 138lb and the Medium was larger than I expected. Also the leg openings kind of flare out and were really unflattering on me. Made my legs look wider and shorter. I'll be returning them. Too bad because I think they would've been comfortable to run in.

These shorts are long enough for me to not be embarrassed to be out anywhere in them. I love the pockets, though I wish one had a zipper. I bought a large because I don't like tight shorts and they are a bit large, will get medium next time (and there WILL be a next time!) They are not too low or too high - good rise.

I have been looking for a pair of running shorts that aren't so short and these fit that bill to a T. They are my favorite running shorts. Just did a half marathon in them and they never got in the way. Light weight and breathable.

Shorts are great for running or walking. The extra length is appreciated by this 40+ runner and the pockets are a real plus.

These are nice workout shorts. Good length. My only complaint, and I don't remember anyone else commenting or seeing it noted in the description...they have a low rise. I have lots of comparable workout shorts (Nike, Adidas, etc.). None of my other ones so low in the rise. I did not expect this since I usually read reviews before I buy.
