Be confident that we want you to love every Moving Comfort piece in your closet. If you don't love it or need a different size, we'd be happy to help. We will replace or refund your product for any reason within the first 30 days, as long as the garment is unworn, unwashed and still has the original hangtag. To make it easier, we now offer free return shipping on all MovingComfort.com purchases.
To return an unworn item for a refund, please package it in its original packaging and return it within 30 days. Please include the bottom half of the packing slip included in your original shipment.
We do our very best to refund your credit card within two full business days of receipt. After that, your bank may take between 2 and 10 days to credit your card.
To create your complimentary return shipping label for orders placed on MovingComfort.com, please follow these easy steps:
1. Click on the Order Lookup link at the top of the page
2. Enter your order number and the billing zip code you used during checkout at Order Lookup/Generate Return Label
3. When your order information comes up, click the green Create Return Label button and enter the required information
4. An email containing a link to the label will be sent to the email address used during checkout, or you may immediately print the label
5. Mail your return through the U.S. Postal Service
Worn or Defective Items:
Moving Comfort products come with a no-questions-asked, 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, please call us at 800.763.6000. Please note that abuses to the return policy, such as abnormal wear and tear, are subject to Moving Comfort's discretion.
• All returns should be shipped via U.S.P.S. using the complimentary return shipping label provided. CODs cannot be accepted.
• We provide free outbound shipping for replacement products
• Please pack the item you are sending back securely in its original package, if possible
• Abuses to the return policy, such as abnormal wear and tear, are subject to Moving Comfort's discretion
We do not allow exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order at www.movingcomfort.com for the correct item. Then simply follow the return process above for the items that you decide not to keep.
Returns on retail store purchases
If you purchased your Moving Comfort product from a local retailer, we request that you work directly through that dealer on any return issue. Most retailers have policies in place to accept returns.
If the retailer is unable to help you, please follow this procedure:
1. Please call 800.763.6000 for a return authorization number (RMA), necessary for all replacements and exchanges
2. Pack the item securely in its original package, if possible
3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries
4. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Retain the tracking number for your records
5. Ship your return package, with return authorization number, to the following address:
