This fit is definitely true to size, Medium was great for my 5'8" height and 150lb weight. I ordered the gray one that was on sale. Don't get me wrong I like the shirt, and would order it again, but it doesn't wick as well as another brand shirt that I have. I feel I get hot in it fast. It's lightweight and great for hot day but I am not sure I would wear it to workout hardcore in or run.

I bought this tee for running indoors and working out in the gym this winter.
Bottom line the tee is great at wicking away moisture and keeping you cool and fresh.
After running 3 miles on the track and kicking out 8 more on the bike I was dripping with sweat... but no sweat blotches on my tee. I could even wipe the sweat from my brow and arms on the tee. I will invest in more for sure!
