I can wear this headband when it is warm or cold. Bad hair day - just throw on the headband and stay warm now in the cooler weather. I love the width of the headband. I hope they come up with more fabric designs and perhaps line the inside with fleece for the extremely cold Minnesota winters. Thanks Moving Comfort for this awesome headband!

I've only worn it around the house so far. I haven't tried wearing it to workout because it doesn't stay on my head. After wearing it for while it ends up popping off the back. And that again is just walking around the house. I can't imagine it staying on for a workout when I'm jumping, running, or bending over.
I think it is too small. Maybe it gets stretched out the more you wear it, but it also hurts my head sometimes too when wearing it.

I have short blonde layers, but long enough for a pony tail. I wanted to wear it on runs to keep my hair out of my eyes but it slides off too easily.

I sweat tremendously and I'm always looks for a good headband. I came across Moving Comfort's and they have become my favorite. I recommend them for hot and cold weather. Sweat does not pour down my face and into my eyes because the sweat/headband does it job. The size enables me to make it smaller or bigger depending on the weather.
