While this headband does not cause me headaches like so many do, it slips off of my head unless my hair is in a low pony to hold the back of the head band down. I cannot wear this to go running. If you are looking for a headband that stays in place, I HIGHLY recommend the serendipity headband.

I HAVE TRIED ELASTICS TO HOLD MY HAIR BACK BUT THIS WORKS SO MUCH BETTER. I LOVE THIS AND PLAN ON USING IT EVERY TIME I GO TO THE GYM.
