I recently purchased this bra for the first time, and I am now convinced that Moving Comfort is best manufacturer of sports bras, ever! I have worn the Juno for a long time. I simply love that bra, but I wanted to try something without a racer back. I tried the Fiona, but I was not quite satisfied. So, I tried the Helena. This bra is just about perfect. Comparing it to the Juno, there is slightly more movement with my girls. I would say that there is about 5% movement, as compared to zero movement with the Juno bra. The fabric in the Helena has a lot of spandex, so the fit is very snug. I had to go up one cup size. I normally wear a "C" cup, but with this bra, I wear a "D" cup. However, the band size is very true to size. As far as modesty, the cups in the Helena are a little more revealing. So, if you absolutely hate to show, you probably would not like this bra. I am not particular about that aspect, however. The straps are wide and sturdy, as with the Juno bra. They are very comfortable. All in all, I give this bra four and a half stars. For me, it is slightly less than perfect for high impact sports. For me, the Juno is the best bra for high impact sports. But if you hate to struggle with a racer back, then this is the high impact bra for you.

I really like this bra, HOWEVER, I ordered a 38DD thinking I would be able to use it on the loosest setting and then tighten it as I lost weight. Instead I have to use it on the tightest and even then it is still kind of loose. The cup size is correct, but the band size is totally off. The support is not really what I would call HIGH IMPACT. There is quite a bit of movement when running, much more than with some of my other Moving Comfort bras. I am actually using it for daily casual use while I can still wear it. Soon it will be too big, which is my big disappointment as I planned to use it while I slimmed down.

Comments about Moving Comfort Helena:
i put this on and the cups were too big. I could have used a size and a cup size smaller. Otherwise, It seems like it is ok, but I have to send it back for smaller size.

Comments about Moving Comfort Helena:
Of all 4 models of moving comfort bras that I own, this is by far the most comfortable. I would consider getting another one just for daily wear. The molded cups in the Helena do a better job of separating than the other models I have. The single and only issue that I had with this bra is that the material is so soft, forgiving and comfortable, that it doesn't feel quite as snug in the band as I've come to expect. I normally order a 34DD (in between a 34 &36) so that I can hook on the largest hook, but with this one, i hook on the smallest hook and it still feels flexible and comfortable (whereas I'm used to suffocating). I haven't had it long enough to see if the fabric stretches, but it is by far my favorite Moving Comfort bra for COMFORT (good support is a given with this brand). I am buying the next one in a size 32DD to try it.

Comments about Moving Comfort Helena:
This bra is great! I've purchased 3 of them and find myself wearing them under everything - not just gym clothing. I ordered the 38DD and they do seem to be a tiny bit big. Usually when you buy a new bra, you hook it in the first set of hooks and as it stretches, you move to the next set of hooks.I am already in the middle set of hooks. It is however, a very good bra - FINALLY!
