I recently purchased this bra for the first time, and I am now convinced that Moving Comfort is best manufacturer of sports bras, ever! I have worn the Juno for a long time. I simply love that bra, but I wanted to try something without a racer back. I tried the Fiona, but I was not quite satisfied. So, I tried the Helena. This bra is just about perfect. Comparing it to the Juno, there is slightly more movement with my girls. I would say that there is about 5% movement, as compared to zero movement with the Juno bra. The fabric in the Helena has a lot of spandex, so the fit is very snug. I had to go up one cup size. I normally wear a "C" cup, but with this bra, I wear a "D" cup. However, the band size is very true to size. As far as modesty, the cups in the Helena are a little more revealing. So, if you absolutely hate to show, you probably would not like this bra. I am not particular about that aspect, however. The straps are wide and sturdy, as with the Juno bra. They are very comfortable. All in all, I give this bra four and a half stars. For me, it is slightly less than perfect for high impact sports. For me, the Juno is the best bra for high impact sports. But if you hate to struggle with a racer back, then this is the high impact bra for you.

I just got this in yesterday. I am large chested woman (36DD/34DDD) and have a hard time finding bras that fit properly. I have the Fiona in a 36DD and decided to take a chance on this bra. After reading the reviews, I was excited to get this in. Trying it on was a disappointment though. The 36DD was perfect band size but it was very tight in the cups. I had too much spillage over the top and it just didn't fit as good as the Fiona. I like the material and wish it fit better. If they had this in a larger cup size I would exchange this, unfortunately they do not.

I'm not sure how the marketing folks got this bra to look good. I tried it on and it look like the girls were in a Madonna video. Needless to say it was returned.

        Comments about Moving Comfort Helena:

I bought this one because I LOVE the Fiona. Nothing keeps my 34dd girls in like that bra. This one is pretty good as well but it seems to run larger size wise so the girls moved a lot more which became extremely uncomfortable as I ran over 8 miles. I run anywhere from 5 to 15 a session and this bra just wasn't cutting it for the longer sessions. It is perfect for weight training shorter less intense runs but I would not recommend it for high impact. I still love this company and their products.

          Comments about Moving Comfort Helena:

Is the most supportive sports bra I have ever found. I am a bigger chested person and always had to wear two to three sports bras while working out and now I only wear this one! The shoulder straps are perfect and do not dig in to the shoulders. It also give good support while looking good under clothes.
The main proble I had was one of my clasps on the back pulled out after two and a half months. (Which is why I gave 4/5 stars rather than 5/5). It is moisture whicking but not for a long period of time, if you are doing a sports activity for more than two hours you will find that moisture whicking is not as good. I would not buy this spots bra in white again, it is very succeptible to staining/changing color from skin and holds stains in that will not come out in the wash. I will continue to buy this bra despite the "cons" I have found with it and still love it. I just ordered another one in black!
