These are very cute shorts, soft fabric, pockets and great color (blue) - as long as you like a low rise in sports attire. They are too low rise for me and feel like they might fall off (the drawstring does help secure them). As an older person, I remember how great the early Moving Comfort running shorts were: finally an alternative to men's shorts that sat too low on my hips and exposed my rear. While these are a good length, I wish MC offered at least one option for we who like a higher rise fit.

I broke the rules and wore these for recent marathon without wearing them before - they were great! No regrets. There was no chafing and fabric performed well in hot, humid conditions - dried quickly. Extra pockets were great for gels and even cell phone.

I run long distances in the heat of Florida and these shorts are the perfect length for those of us who are older runners who like to be covered up a bit and not let everything hang out. The material is cool with a little bit of stretch and the fit is comfortable. The best feature are the pockets on each side. I now have a place to put my hankie! Thanks to the genius who designed these.

I have been training for a marathon and bought these shorts with high expectations. They are lightweight and extremely comfortable. They are not too tight and I could wear all day. I am in between a size 2 and 4 and went with the small size for this short. I am going to return and go for the x-small. The small is just too loose of a fit for me. I really think if you can find your correct size, these will be your perfect running shorts!

I was so excited to take these shorts out of the package and on a long run yesterday! I bought the grape soda, because I felt I needed purple shorts. I jogged about 10 miles and was very comfortable in them. I love that they stayed in place and I didn't have to fuss with them while running. I was able to put a protein bar in the side pocket and it stayed quite well and didn't bounce around. I'm not certain a cell phone or keys would hold well.
