Flow Pant in Long are very nice. They have enough compression for this "casual" gym rat, and also have plenty of stretch. I can wear them out anywhere, and the Long length is plenty long, and looks great with street shoes.

Best workout pant I have ever owned. Perfect for yoga, pilates, walking, etc. I have been a fan for awhile of the Flow capri, and was so happy to find the Long Flow pant. I'm tall but thin, and this pant fits perfectly. It fits just like the Flow Capri- lots of movement while still being very flattering. Nice not to have to rush right out of your workout clothes because they're so attractive! The waistband is wide, which eliminates it cutting into your waist doing certains poses, and they fit snugly enough that I never have to worry about them sliding down or twisting during my practice.
I love everything about these pants!
