I got these last summer when we were planning a 4 week biking/camping trip out West (Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, T.Roosevelt N.P. etc). I"m 5'10" and overweight, but I'm by no means a slouch when it comes to hiking or biking. I was looking for a serious piece of clothing that could handle a lot of wear, wouldn't show a lot of dirt, and could be easily washed on the go. These pants worked FANTASTIC. I found myself wearing them almost every day and washing them out at night so they could dry on the tent for the next morning. The heck with the bike shorts, I wanted my capris!
They are extremely comfortable. They are very flattering on. They provide compression without giving you an unflattering front v in the crotch or making your butt look like two beach balls. They wash up easily and dry pretty fast (note: I never put mine in the dryer but let them hang to dry) yet you can wear them several times before they look like they need washing. Plus, they wear like iron!
Now, over a full year later, they are still my favorite pants from April to about October. Add a nice top and these dress up enough that you can wear them out, yet they are still eminently suitable for workouts and exercise.
Any piece of clothing that can be worn and washed a bazillion times and still look sharp and fit well deserves a gold star!
I'm back buying two more pairs (one in gray) so I have backups for the future!

Unfortunately I have cellulite. I'm working to get rid of it, but it is there. I have ordered compression capri's from here that were wonderful. I felt good in them, and felt I looked good in them, unfortunately these pants do not do the same.
The look and style was just as expected, fit was fine (I'm 5'6" 160lbs and ordered a large). I guess it's just the material that they're made out of but they showed every lump and bump on my thighs. I was very disappointed in this. I'm sure they will look great on someone who is smaller or who has little to no cellulite, but just be aware that if you do have cellulite it WILL SHOW in these pants.
I will not wear these to the gym anymore. I may wear them at home for home workouts and just make sure I don't look in the mirror. I would recommend the Endurance Capri's instead of these.

I do crossfit and was doing a workout with double unders. I was wearing these capris after just having gotten them in the mail, and they were falling off of my waist. I had to stop in the middle of my workout, which slows my times down by alot, and hike them up to past my belly button in hopes that I would not lose my pants altogether before my workout was finished. Such a disappointment.

I've never worn a capri length workout bottom before and I am so surprised and happy with this choice. The hip waisted capri wouldn't have been my first chioce. I'm 67y.o. and would have preferred it to be on the waistline but I'm getting used to it slowly. The material gives well while moving and the back of the knee area slit is great. There's never any "bunching" up of material leaving a wrinkle behind your knees.

I use the capris for yoga and zumba. They stay in place and don't fall down, but the waist band does sometimes roll down a little. I would not recommend wearing underwear with them as the underwear will bunch up and the capris are designed to be worn without underwear. The waistband feels a little thick and when doing yoga positions on my back, but I have a bony back and it's not too annoying. They are close to the skin around hips, rear, and upper thigh which is what I wanted, but if you don't like that I would recommend a looser fit.
