I used Moving Comfort's sizing chart and the bra fit perfectly. Great support for me as a nursing mom. There is little to no tata bounce even while running and doing plyometric exercises.

The worse thing about cold weather running is having a bra that soon makes you feel wet and cold--even under a well-chosen base layer. I heard this bra is great for keeping you cool and dry in the summer and I look forward to trying that. But it can't be beat for winter use! It is a tad snug, but not enough to be a big problem.
