I got this one for everyday wear because of the mesh. Very comfortable and lightweight. Like a regular bra, with support and style. I forget I have this bra on. It is strong enough to wear for the gym, but I will use it more everyday.

I thought this bra would be the ticket, but I am only 5' tall and the sides panels are too deep / high so that when I adjust the straps to fit, the side panels bunched up and did not lay flat. I'm sure they would be fine on a taller person. So unfortunately, I am returning it and will purchase another Fiona instead.

Use in the gym and jogging. Dr suggested this type of workout bra as it keeps the breasts seperated and one can avoid rashes during heat and with sweating. This bra has more support than others.
