I used these shorts for my first marathon may 6. I was one of those people who you read about using new gear the day of the race, not a good idea, but they were great! the day of the marathon was hot hot hot and I was so glad to have shorts that worked for me. good support, no chafing!

I do really like these shorts. They're long enough that they don't ride up, they don't chafe they're don't make me feel quite like I'm running naked.

However, for compression shorts, they're a litle loose. My hips carry most of my weight and the short slide below my waist band, under my belly, which makes things uncomfortable. I would have liked a tighter waistband that didn't slide down.

Great for warm weather running. I love the flat seams - no chafing, and not at all too hot for summertime. Also love the zip-up pocket in the back - I have asthma, and need a pocket for my inhaler - it's perfect for that! They fit well, and there is no "ride-up" on the legs like I've experienced with other compression shorts. I plan to buy at least one more pair of these!!!

I really dislike wearing thin and pinching under garments (brand name - every girl with misplaced curves knows them!) that have an open crotch. I require a little extra support under curve hugging skirts and these shorts are exceptional for this purpose! I also dislike owning garments that have only one use, and these shorts have so many uses. I can wear them walking, biking, and under clothes. Great value and exceptional construction quality. Thank you.

As a plus size runner, it's hard to find shorts that fit right and don't ride up. I first got these 2 years ago, and still love them! Look forward to trying out the new ones with the zippered pocket in the back!
